Q. How much money can I expect?
A. Jewelry, watch and precious metal pricing is based on the weight and purity of each item.

A higher percentage of gold or platinum the more your jewelry or watches are worth.

Q. How does JewelryPaq™ work?
A. Simply fill out our online form to download your own FedEx® label and instruction sheet or call us 1-877-465-3720 to order your JewelryPaq™ in person.

Take your label and your jewelry items to the nearest FedEx® or Kinko’s location featuring FedEx® services and you can ship your package overnight and insured for free.

Q. Does JewelryPaq™ cost anything?
A. Our service to totally Free. Even returning your items is free.

You don’t pay a dime and we’ll insure the contents of your JewelryPaq™ up to $100 of its value. You can find more about our insurance policy on our Terms and Conditions page.

Q. What if my JewelryPaq™ gets lost in the mail full of items?
A. We insure your JewelryPaq™ (up to $100) while it is in the hands of the U.S. Post Office.

You can always track the status of both your Paq and your payment using our handy TrackPaq service.
*We urge our customers to insure their fine items worth more than our $100 maximum.

Q. What if I’m sending big or valuable items?
A. Call us at 1-877-465-3720 and we will arrange an overnight courier to pick them up from you.

If it has value, we will help it get to us.

Q. What if I don’t have a printer?
A. All you have to do is give us a call 1-877-465-3720, we’ll send a courier to pick up your jewelry or watches and overnight them to us.

Q. How will I know when you have my JewelryPaq™?
A. You can track the status of your JewelryPaq™ anytime on our website.

If you prefer to speak to a human being, feel free to call us 1-877-465-3720 or send us a note.
*Please be advised that the U.S. Postal Service may take up to 7 days to deliver your JewelryPaq™ to us and to deliver our payment back to you.

Q. What do you mean you’ll pay me in 24 hours?
A. We’ll issue and send payment within 24-hours of receiving your items.

If you can’t wait that long, try our QuickCash voucher and we will deposit your payment directly to your bank account.

Q. Is it safe to send my fine jewelry and watches through the mail?
A. Your items will come to us via FedEx® and your package is insured for up to a $100 dollars of their value.

You can track your JewelryPaq™ at any time using our website.

Q. Can you tell me how much my jewelry is worth without seeing the item?
A. Our appraisers are good at what they do, but in order for them to give your pieces a fair and through evaluation they need to see them in person.

Q. Do you have to remove stones from jewelry for appraisal?
A. We stay current with the newest technology, allowing us to appraise fine pieces without removing stones or causing any damage.

Should removing a stone become the only option to estimate value, we will contact you and ask for permission prior to taking any action.

Q. What is the difference between an offer and an appraisal?
A. An appraisal is how much your jewelry piece or fine watch is actually worth (or replacement value).

An offer is how much we are willing to pay for your jewelry and watches based on the current market and price of gold.

Q. Will my jewelry be safe in your possession?
A. Part of the reason we appraise in-house is to allow for the highest confidentiality and security within our process.

Each JewelryPaq™ has its own tracking number so we always know where yours is.

Our facilities and vaults are monitored by video and those who appraise the jewelry are certified professionals.

Q. Who will discuss the worth of my items with me?
A. You will receive a phone call from the appraiser assigned to your items within 24 hours of receiving your JewelryPaq™.

Your appraiser will give you the value of your jewelry or watches, make you an offer and go over your options with you.

Should you decide to turn down our offer, we will return your items to you via insured courier for free.

Q. Will you buy my broken pieces, items missing stones and tangled chains?
A. We buy all types of jewelry, broken or otherwise.

Simply send the pieces you want to have appraised for value and we’ll tell you how much they are worth.
